Using STAR Format
When answering behavioural questions, one common technique is to use the STAR method. Answer each question using an example, and cover the following:
Situation:
Where your example occured
Task:
What was your goal?
Action:
Steps taken, obstacles encountered, how you overcame them (say I not we)
Result:
What was outcome, what did you learn, why was outcome important
